La società nerazzurra ha comunicato quali sono le condizioni del portiere, infortunatosi in allenamento, con una nota ufficiale: “Yann Sommer si è sottoposto questa mattina a esami clinici e strumentali. Gli accertamenti presso l’Istituto Humanitas di Rozzano hanno evidenziato una frattura della testa della falange prossimale del pollice della mano destra. Nei prossimi giorni sarà deciso il tipo di terapia da seguire”. Il portiere dell’Inter rischia di stare fuori circa un mese anche se l’obiettivo è farlo tornare a disposizione il prima possibile.
