(askanews) – “Nella tragedia della Seconda guerra mondiale, un sopravvissuto ad Auschwitz, Roman Kent, ha osservato ‘non vogliamo che il nostro passato sia il futuro dei nostri figli’. Con questo spirito abbiamo affrontato le pagine del dopoguerra, per scriverne una nuova. E nulla può far tornare indietro la storia che Slovenia e Italia hanno costruito e costruiscono insieme”. Lo ha detto il presidente della Repubblica Italiana, Sergio Mattarella, alla cerimonia di inaugurazione della ‘Prima Capitale europea della cultura transfrontaliera GO 2025!
